First you need to go to your blog’s wp-admin, and then go to Setting –> Permalinks. You will see the “Default” option selected that makes your URLs to be dynamic. So, instead, you need to change this setting and select “Custom Structure” and type /%postname%. This will make your URLs to be static instead of dynamic.

Now you have easily changed your dynamic URLs to static URLs and instead of your posts looking like mywebsite.com/?=1234, they will look like mywebsite.com/my-latest-post.
